Some of the must-visit places in Kashmir include Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg, and the famous Dal Lake. Each destination offers its own charm and attractions.

The Gulmarg Gondola is one of the highest cable cars in the world, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. It consists of two phases: the first phase takes you to Kongdoori Valley, and the second phase ascends to the summit of Mount Apharwat.

The entire Gondola ride, including both phases, typically takes around 30 to 40 minutes. However, this may vary depending on factors such as crowd levels and weather conditions.

During peak tourist seasons, it’s advisable to book Gondola tickets in advance to avoid long queues and ensure availability, especially for Phase II (to Mount Apharwat). Tickets can be booked online or through authorized ticket counters in Gulmarg.
