Online booking: You can purchase our services from our sales outlets or you can register and book your tour / services  online through our website. Our website provides the facility of making online booking of tour / services. After confirmation  in written from you an agreement made between you and us . The following terms and conditions apply for every services provided by us !


Deposits : Upon completion of the confirmed booking deposit 50% of the tour cost , be paid to the company.
Payments : For the service contracted 50% of advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least seven (07) days prior to you date of departure from your country. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of service and the time left for the commencement of the service . Apart from the above in some cases like hotels/resorts bookings during the peak season full payment is required to be sent in advance.


Cancellations : If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel their holiday you must notify us in writing , in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by Tour Planner Kashmir . As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel , the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

More than 28 days No  charges

Up to 14 Days 50% of the tour cost

Up to 07 Days 75% of the tour cost

06 Days or less 100% of the tour cost


How To Pay :  Domestic payment / International payment 

By cash / Cheque / Demand draft.

By electronic money transfer ( RGTS / Neft).

By online mode of payment .
